Seeking Adaptation Cases from Developing Countries (Forwarded request by Heather McGray)

The World Resources Institute would like to ask for your help. We are currently conducting a global review of work in the area of vulnerability and adaptation to climate change. The study has so far netted close to 200 cases of practical adaptation work in developing countries. We have found these through easily accessible lists, fora, and websites (e.g. COP D&A days, UNFCCC, UNDP, START, CBA-Xchange, South-South-North, Red Cross, Oxfam, CARE, TNC, WWF). However, we want to make sure we are not missing important adaptation work that is not yet in the global limelight - especially efforts led by developing country NGOs or governments. If you know of policies, planning processes, or implementation work on adaptation (NOT pure research) that we might not have found through the above sources, please let me know how we can get information about it. Our analysis will be the basis for a report to be launched in Bali; we hope it will provide some useful insights for the adaptation community.
