- Hi. I am Dr. Josephine Rabanal Migalbin, a professor/researcher and very much interested in climate change, sustainable development , agriculture and othe issues that affect the world. I have a Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences (Animal Science). Have two master's degrees (Animal Science in the Philippines and Aquaculture in Australia. I am in the US right now as a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow.
