Ghana's Medium-Term National Development Policy Framework, Ghana Shared Growth Development Agenda, GSGDA Two for the 2014-2017 period is to be ready for implementation by the end of this month.
The document designed to address the inherent challenges in the development drive of the nation and sustain the gains made during the implementation of the GSGDA One hinges on a vision of ensuring a stable, united, inclusive and prosperous country with opportunities for all.
The Director General of the National Development Planning Commission, Dr. Regina Adutwum said this at stakeholder consultative meeting with the Leadership of Parliament and Select Committees on Poverty Reduction and Finance in Parliament.
She said to achieve the goals contained in the document, the strategic direction for the nation is to leverage Ghana’s resource endowments, agriculture potentials and the human resource base for accelerated economic growth and job creation.
