Study on the best option of disaster management training network for the Directorate General for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection-ECHO
The starting date for this assignment is the 3September 2012 and experts are required for a total of 16 weeks.
The European Commission intends to support the setting up and facilitation of a network in the disaster management training domain.
The objective of the study is to explore different options and define the legal, financial and institutional aspects.
Provide the Commission with analysis, critical assessment and network development suggestions.
The team of experts shall cover the following areas:
Legal; Financial; Management; Statistics; European methodology as to impact assessment and cost-benefit analysis; Business economics; Organization Management;
Proven capacity for producing high standard reports is a must.
Sound communication skills to deal with public administrations, agencies and civil society would be an asset.
