- I am an independent writer, researcher and policy analyst who specializes in community development, higher education for nontraditional students, policy related to popular culture and the arts, and related social policy issues. I am especially interested in promoting sustainability in affordable housing and low income areas.
I am also the moderator of the networking group Sustainable Urban Development (www.sustainableurbandevelopment.ning.com) which is dedicated to promoting sustainability in the built environment -- residential, commercial and industrial, and especially in urban areas.
