As a core team member of INCIDIN Bangladesh (www.incidinb.org), I am affianced with various participatory action researches of INCIDIN Bangladesh concerning child rights, livelihood security, trade policy, trafficking & sexual exploitation of children & women, corporate social responsibility, local governance, natural resource management, human rights and environmental policies. Apart from these, also actively participate in other development processes of INCIDIN Bangladesh, such as monitoring & evaluations, advocacy, policy analysis, development of research tools and Participatory strategic planning (PSP) activities both within and outside the organization. As part of the research team, I am responsible for the operational and coordination of the research unit of the INCIDIN Bangladesh, a national research and advocacy organization.

I also work as development consultant. Besides that, I used to assist organizations voluntarily who are unable to get technical support. I am also the Technical Adviser of Coastal Development Partnership (CDP), an environmental activist organization [http://www.cdpbd.org/home.html] and Vision & Method, an strategic planning and capacity development organization.
I am first and foremost would like to learn with the people and wish to share my learning’s with them to compose better as well as holistic development for the humanity. I have the opportunity to learn both social and scientific research from dedicated national and international researchers from both the social and scientific background. This unique opportunity helps me to develop holistic research aptitude for any issue. Besides, this also helps me for developing new participatory action research tools and methodological development on Human rights and child rights based policy, monitoring and evaluation system, Process mapping with system science approach, Natural resource allocation and Integrated Development policy, Corporate Environmental and Social Responsibility, WTO and UNCLOS, The political economy of the environment, Social and ethical issues of sustainability integrating methods from both disciplines.

In my personal reflections, the lesson learned through the various action researches envisage that methodological approach to address human rights and social development requires intensive triangulation of different methods with vision-oriented approach since these issues are both conceptual and realistic and transmit aspiration for a just freedom land and peaceful world.

My organization is INCIDIN Bangladesh . The central focus of INCIDIN Bangladesh is to assist the development process of Bangladesh whilst never loosing sight of the fact that social issues need to be addressed in order to make the process sustainable and viable. This organization gives special attention towards children, women, indigenous people and other vulnerable social groups; assists and empowers them through policy level advocacy, awareness programs, training, and other support services. INCIDIN Bangladesh also conducts participatory social researches, evaluations and strategic planning (PSP) workshops as a part of its community development programs.
