I will be in Bali as well. Would love to catch up at some point. Jeffrey Sachs has spoke at a few of our events and I'm a big fan of the Earth Institute. We have a few side events too if you're interested. Nice to meet you (electronically at least).
Very much interesting information you have posted in this network. Regarding weather forcasting in Nepal we are far behind till now. The first main reason is the lack of technology and the other is complex topography.Mainly the altitudional variations that mean within the distance of 200 KM there are altitudional variations from 60m to 8848m above sea level. Globle warming due to the climate change has also becomining the meajor issues in Nepal. We have also been feeling difficulties to develop climate change senarions in Nepal. I want to share ideas from you about this topics.
