- Among my projects is the Flows e-bulletin on payments for watershed services which has been supported by IIED (archived at www.flowsonline.net). I also write an environmental science and policy blog, The Post-Normal Times (www.postnormaltimes.net) for "all the news that doesn't fit", which grows out of my frustration with communication of science for policy purposes, so I am delighted to find this network.
